Terms of Service for SkillCraftRise
Effective Date: January 1, 2025. Welcome to SkillCraftRise, operating Professional Development Courses on SkillCraftRise.com. These terms govern your use of our courses, digital products, and physical items. By accessing any offering, you agree to these conditions.
1. Definitions
Services refers to live courses, workshops, coaching sessions, and training events. Digital Products includes e-books, downloadable guides, templates, and on-demand video content. Physical Goods covers printed materials, branded merchandise, and course kits.
2. Course and Service Access
Access to live courses requires registration and payment of applicable fees. Details on schedules, platforms, and prerequisites are provided on the course page. Digital Products become available for download or streaming upon purchase. Physical Goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees must be settled in full at the time of registration or purchase. We accept major credit cards and selected online payment methods. Any issues with processing must be resolved before access is granted. SkillCraftRise reserves the right to suspend access if payment is not received.
4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Live Services
For scheduled courses and workshops, you may request a refund up to 14 calendar days before the start date. To submit a request, contact us via contact us or by phone at +14163229075. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. You may reschedule attendance at no extra charge if the request is received at least 7 calendar days before the start date. Rescheduling requests made later may incur additional fees for administrative adjustments.
4.2 Digital Products
Digital Products are eligible for a 30-day satisfaction period from the date of purchase. If the content does not meet your expectations, notify SkillCraftRise within the 30-day window. Upon approval, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. After this period, Digital Products are not eligible for a refund due to immediate access privileges.
4.3 Physical Goods
Requests for a refund on Physical Goods must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery and items must be unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, and outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain promotional courses, custom coaching packages, and bundled services may be designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Such offerings involve allocation of instructor time and materials that cannot be reallocated once confirmed. Any non-refundable status will be clearly indicated during checkout, and no refund will be provided after confirmation.
5. Access Rights and Restrictions
All course materials and content are licensed to you for personal and internal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension of access without compensation.
6. Changes to Terms
SkillCraftRise may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at SkillCraftRise.com and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of any offering constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
